What you get

An individual lifetime licence to use the Windows desktop app. One activation code is for one person.

Updates released under the individual plan are included for the life of the product.

What you may not do

Resell, publicly share or transfer the activation code.

Use the software to provide a competing hosted service.

What is not included

A hosted search service, a contact database, lead credits, custom development, third-party subscriptions, or a Windows code-signing certificate.

Any source you configure is subject to its own terms, capacity and charges.

Data and accuracy

OpenStreetMap data is licensed under ODbL. Keep the attribution and follow its database obligations.

The app does not guarantee that business details are complete, current or accurate, and does not verify phone numbers.

You are responsible for checking results and for complying with the rules that apply to contacting a business.

Refunds and revocation

Refunds follow the terms of the store where you bought. That store is named on the product page when purchase opens.

A refunded or fraudulently obtained code has no continuing entitlement. Offline verification does not guarantee immediate remote deactivation.

Warranty

To the extent the law allows, the software is provided as available, without an uptime or data-completeness guarantee. Rights that the law does not allow to be excluded are not affected.
